- Patient AI Assistant — A new conversational assistant that can retrieve patient data, answer questions, and take actions inline, with streaming responses and a richer chat experience across the patient workspace.
- Rate Goals — A new goal type for tracking rate-based behavior measurement, with dedicated entry, charting, and summary support. 📽️ Demo
- Built-In Assessments — New grid-based built-in assessment templates and an Assessment Builder widget for care-management documents, so standardized assessments can be created and reused.
- Caregiver Signatures on Documents — Clinical documents besides session notes can now also be shared with caregivers for signatures
- Mobile Org Settings — Added mobile organization settings, including controls for restricting cancellations and requiring AI summaries.
- Insurance Discovery — Added an insurance discovery check on the patient details page to help identify coverage.
Clinical
- Custom Required Documents — Organizations can now define their own set of required documents.
- Document Header & Footer Improvements — Improved header/footer handling and editor experience for document templates.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed document template import failing when a table had empty header cells — imports now succeed.
- Fixed the goal transfer wizard ignoring the active search filter — it now respects the filter.

- Provider Specialization Catalog — Organizations can maintain a provider specialization catalog with profile links.
- Additional Provider Credentials — Added the Mid-Level Supervisor credential and expanded credentials available for the Clinician role.
